Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Personalized products have a standard processing time of 5 to 7 business days unless otherwise noted. 
  • Custom cut acrylic sheets/templates have a standard processing time of 2 to 3 business days. 
  • All pre-cut acrylic sheet orders are processed on the next business day. 
  • Rush processing is available for an additional fee.

 

Local Pickup 

  • You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within the timeframes listed above. 
  • In store-pickup from our Jacksonville, NC location is available Monday - Saturday, 11 AM to 8 PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. If you prefer to meet us curbside for pickup, please call or email us to make arrangements.

 

Local Delivery 

  • Local delivery is available for orders in Jacksonville, NC and Richlands, NC or for orders over $300 within 50 miles of our Jacksonville, NC location. Deliveries are made from Tuesday - Thursday, 10 AM to 3 PM. 
  • A $25 local delivery fee will apply. 

 

Shipping Terms & Conditions 

  • Shipping is available for all products, unless otherwise noted, for locations within the United States, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
  • Free economy delivery is available for orders over $150 to locations within the continental United States. (Additional fees may apply for locations in Hawaii and Puerto Rico.) 

 

Domestic Shipping Pricing 

  • Economy (5 to 8 business days): $8.90
  • Standard (3 to 4 business days): $24.90
  • Express (1 to 2 business days): $59.90 

 

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification (and text message, if selected) from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. 

If you haven't received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@voncreativeco.com with your name and order number.

 

Lost & Stolen Packages

Please note, that once items have left our possession and tracking information has confirmed possession by the shipping company used for shipment, the responsibility for item placement is that of the shipping company. Any lost and stolen package claims will need to be handled directly with the shipping company (i.e. Fedex, USPS, UPS) used for shipment.
